New Orleans Paddlewheels, Inc. and New Orleans Tours, Inc./bigeasy.com is a family-owned group of companies with over 50 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry. Our holdings represent the finest in Louisiana travel services, meeting planning, transportation, accommodations, attractions, and entertainment. We have the knowledge and resources necessary to craft an unforgettable Louisiana trip or event.

Total Compensation

At New Orleans Paddlewheels and New Orleans Tours, we know it is important to balance a successful career with a healthy lifestyle involving family, friends, and community. We offer our employees a total compensation package that far exceeds the value of their base salary alone and helps employees achieve that balance.

Insurance Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, Voluntary Life Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Critical Illness, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Cancer, and Accident coverage. Insurance benefits are available to full-time employees first of the month after 60 days with the company.

Full-time employees who have been with the company for 90 days are eligible for 40 hours of sick time. After one year full-time, employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation time. We also offer six paid holidays per year.
